connection from PB to Oracle database

Hi,    I have Power BI Desktop 64-bits, to install oracle client software for connection to Oracle database, there are two packages for download. which one will be the good one to download? thansk...

    Hi  Anonymous ,

     

    For oracle:

    Supported Oracle versions:

    • Oracle Server 9 and later
    • Oracle Data Access Client (ODAC) software 11.2 and later

    So you should install the one with "ODAD":

    Moreover,I think the one released on 2018 may be better:

Under 64-bits, there are two download options, one is 3MB ODP_Net_managed,, the other is 77MB, called ODACxxxxx. NOt sure which one to install.
