connect to intranet with username and password

I am trying to connect to company intranet and get the data in Power BI. I am not being able to connect at all or pass username and password required. When I connect to the intranet URL, I only get the table to enter username and password.

Is there a way I can the data in intranet (we have building sensors data) in the intranet that I am trying to grab to BI. It doesn't necessarily have to be in PBI Service, the desktop one will work for now.

The data I see in the intranet. It would be a list of sensors, the data/temperatures of each sensor.
