In that case, you need to do it step by step, official.
Just click on "Submit a ticket".

nandic sorry to say that when I click on the green 'Submit a ticket' button at the top of the page, it just takes me to my home Power BI page and the 'Help' panel appears - but there's no submit a ticket. They do have 'Submit an idea' which takes me back to here!
No wonder they only have a handful of bug reports!
