conditional formatting not working on measure

I'm trying to put a range conditional format with colors on the following visual. The MH CPOE % value is a measure and it does not have the option to have conditional formatting. I need to make the facilities that are under 80% RED, the ones under 85% Yellow, and the ones above 85% GREEN.

Can someone help me figure this out?

Hi  @Anonymous,

You need to set the color formatting under data color of format:

v-kelly-msft_0-1617702040583.pngv-kelly-msft_1-1617702068837.png

And you will see:

v-kelly-msft_2-1617702088279.png

v-kelly-msft_3-1617702100909.pngv-kelly-msft_4-1617702108765.png

For the related sample .pbix file, pls see attached.

I can't share the file unfortunately

Don't @mrizvi,

You must set the color format to format the color of the data:

v-kelly-msft_0-1617702040583.pngv-kelly-msft_1-1617702068837.png

And you'll see:
