conditional formatting not every value shows correct background colour

I have got multiple tables in my rapport as you can see. The problem is that I have got one value that doesn't show the correct background colour for a specific value, even when I set the correct rules on the values with conditional formatting. Every value shows the correct background colour but the value '2.41' doesnt show the correct colour. It is the only value that is not correct. I tried multiple thing but nothing really works. Under neath you can see the two pictures of the different tables and the settings like I put them on for conditonal formatting in PowerBi. Does anyone knows the problem and how I could fix this or how I should fix it? this?
