conditional formatting in matrix data

I have created measure to add conditional formatting for values in matrix

COLOR GLOBAL CUSTOMER ROW =

IF (HASONEVALUE( Sheet2[hirachy] )

,IF( FIRSTNONBLANK(Sheet2[hirachy] , 0) = "Global"

,"#C8F4FF"

,"white"

)

,BLANK()

)

if we expand the matrix the colour is moving away, any way to keep formatting always?
