Hi, sorry to bother you, but I want to know if it is possible to set a field fromating and apply it on all the visuals and pages.
Like if measure 1 is negative, ALWAYS set the font in red.

Actually, not all of the visuals are supported conditional formatting in Power BI.
You could refer to this document which introduce the conditional formatting for table visual.
