conditional formatting based on other column

Hi Experts, I want to apply conditional formatting on "Activity Required Run Rate" that if -   Activity Run Rate is less than Required Run Rate then color Required Run Rate columnwith Red color. ...

    Anonymous add a measure with your logic

     

    Color = IF ( [Activity Run Rate] < [Rquired Run Rate], "Red" )

     

    in conditional formatting, choose field value and select the above measure for color and it should work.

Could you pls tell me how to color name if I want light red.

Anonymous you can use the hex value instead of actual color name. I'm sure there are many way you can get hex code of your choice of color. https://www.color-hex.com/
