conditional formatting bar charts has been removed now?

conditional formatting bar charts has been removed now? does anybody know why or have the update information around this

Hi @Anonymous, 

 

It looks like you drag a column to the Legend bucket of the chart, please removed this column from Legend bucket then the Conditional Formatting is available.
