conditional formating on matrix

I am trying to to use conditional formating on a matrix to highlight the % in the matrix which are between 5% and 100%, but this gives me the following which higlights all cells except for 1.2%

Hi,

Try changing from percent to number and 5 to 0.05 like below and see what result you get
