% completeness in matrix bars

Hi all!

In the values of a matrix, I have a measure that calculates the completion percentage.

I've noticed that the highest value, whether it's 80% or 100%, is always colored the same way. Is there a way to set 100% as the maximum value, so that if the percentage is 80%, the bar isn't completely filled?

Thank you very much.

Hi @Fern_21

The data bar always uses the full width for the row with max value. The rest are relative to this. A roundabout way is to use a DAX-generated SVG image. You can find samples here https://community.fabric.microsoft.com/t5/Data-Stories-Gallery/SVG-as-data-bars-in-tables-and-matric...

Hi @danextian !

Thanks for your answer.

Is it possible to insert a custom value? Is there a way to set the maximum value to 100%?

Thank you.

You can use 0  and 1 if you're dealing with percentages. If with numbers, you add some amount to the max but this is a manual process and your max amount can always change depending on the data.
