compare rows from two table and get different rows in a new table

I would like to compare Two table in order to find different rows

The two table have 8 columns But rows in Table 1 are not in the same place of rows in Table 2 .

I would like to make like this: "if Row in Table 1 isn't in Table 2, Table 2= row"

Can I have some help?

I use except and Merge Queries but it's not working
