combined bar chart with matrix table
Is there a visual available which combines bar chart and matrix like table.
For different division I have engaged resources which is Bar chart and for total headcount for that division I have data in matrix format.

As far as I know, there isn't such an existing custom visual. You may try Data bars in Conditional formatting.
