columns displaced in PBI Data view

Hi, I have a problem with my colmns moving after I close and apply Power Query as shhown in these pictures:   How I can fix it and avoid it happening again?

What steps did you apply?

Could you share some code in Advanced editor so that i can reproduce it and find the reason?

    Actually I just got the table from Excel and did some cleaning in Power Query as the following pic:
