is it possible to color the gauge in three different color?
I mean from 0 to 3 red, from 3 to 4 yellow, from 4 to 5 green, something like this:

Another option is to create a Gauge that dynamically changes colour based on the current value.

Try using bullet chart for this purpose, it will allow you to set different colors in a bar depending on percentage or numeri value.
In Data Values you can set percentage for Satisfactory, Good, and in Colors you can choose colors for these categories.
