when a button is used , on click of button 3 excels need to be downloaded

Hi, 

we have button in the report, when we click on that button- 3 excels have data related to that have to be sent to user mail or downloaded in their PC. I need a button action which will help me achieve this.

HI @Vennela_Chovva,

Perhaps you can try to use power automate to achieve your requirement.

Steps:
1. Create a flow in Power Automate.
2. Add “Power BI - Export to File" action to the flow and to choose the report you want to export.
3. Add the "Send an email" action to the flow and enter the email addresses of the users you want to send the file.
4. Attach the file to the email and send it.

5. Binding the button action to URL of Power Automate flow which created in above.
