charticulator modify date format

Hi community,

I need to modify the format of the date in the charticulator like dd/mm/yy.

I already change the Tick format in Data as {%d/%m/%y}

but when I SAVE the graph the Tick format is deleted and all date change to old format like this

Do you have what I have to do to fix this ?

Thanks

Hi Xiaoxin ,

I already sent the question to

wer BI Custom Visuals' Community - Microsoft Power BI Community

and waiting the answer.

In addtion, the configuration you metion is on Power BI settings level, not in the Charticulator so nothing happend.

I ´m still waiting the answer by visual community.

Thanks

Hi @Anonymous,

It seems like you are working with a custom visual, for custom visual usage issues, I'd like to suggest you contact the visual author team to get better support. (you can find it on the visual publish page -> detail + support -> support)

Power BI Custom Visuals' Community - Microsoft Power BI Community

In addtion, you can also try to setting the date field custom format string if it works on your visuals labels:

Use custom format strings in Power BI Desktop - Power BI | Microsoft Learn

Xiaoxin Sheng
