chart type change on published bookmarks
- Anonymous2 years ago
Hi bsheffer ,
According to the design of the bookmarks, it will only save the following content:- The current page //When there are multiple pages, bookmarks only save the content of the current page
- Filters
- Slicers, including slicer type (for example, dropdown or list) and slicer state
- Visual selection state (such as cross-highlight filters)
- Sort order
- Drill location
- Visibility of an object (by using the Selection pane)
- The focus or Spotlight mode of any visible object
Create report bookmarks in Power BI to share insights and build stories
So it doesn't save changes to the chart type.
There's a workround:
Create two visuals and save their visibility properties using bookmarks, which can then be used to switch between them.Best Regards,
Gao

created 2 sets of visuals and using the bookmark to hide and unhide each set was the solution I went with. Thanks for confirming my solution.
