change the normal date to fiscal year date

Hi

is there a way to get a fiscal date field based on normal date field.

In tableau we have the option to change the fiscal year start to any month and then it changes the normal date to fiscal date.

I do not want to create a calculated Text column for Fiscal year and Qtr.

I want a date field which will act as per fical calendar
