change the color for power bi pages

is it possible to color the pages of power Bi in different colors ?

No, but sort of. You can hide these pages and create your own navigation through the page navigation. You can insert the page navigator through the 'insert button' function. Hide the default page buttons and then create your own. That's currently the next best thing!

There is no such provision in Power BI as of now.
