change personal computer gateway

I need to change the PC where the personal gateway is active.

 

Did instalção the same on another pc and I login to my account that used the gateway the other PC and connected put in power bi portal to check the gateway status is shown that it is offline and it is pointing to the old machine.

 

How can I solve this problem?

    hi Anonymous,

    Looks like something went wrong while installing the new gateway. please take a look at the traces in the event viewer:

    Open event viewer   Expand “Applications and Services Logs”   Click on “Data Management Gateway” and  "PowerBIGateway"   Optionally, "Save All Events As…"
