Can I change the ellipsis of the Option menu for another icon, and make it always visible??
Hi @evelyn_soza ,
Did you mean the icon like the picture circled?
If so, I'm afraid not. What we can change currently is just their background, border, icon color, decide which icon to show and so on under Visual head option in Format menu. If you really want this feature, you can sumbit this idea to https://ideas.powerbi.com/forums/265200-power-bi-ideas to help us improve power bi and make this feature coming sonner.
If not, could you please share more details about this like some screenshots or expected output for further discussion?
Best Regards,
Yingjie Li

Yes, I'm talking about this icon.
Well I´m a very new in Power BI, and my team and I want to create a mobile application with Power BI embedded that take and action with the data selected.
I read the https://github.com/ to add an option in the Menu Option, so we add a new option that uses a component that makes a call, send a message or an email to our customers.
But, if I think is very difficult for the user to identify the ellipsis icon, also it is not always visible.
I need a button or something friendlier than ellipsis icon.
Hi @evelyn_soza ,
The ellipsis icon will just show when we select a visual so that it is not always visible. In addition, if we want users to identify the ellipsis icon easily, when can darken the surrounding colors as I posted previously.
Since the ellipsis icon is built-in visuals, I still think we could not change or replace it currently based on my test. You can submit this idea to the previous link if necessary.
Best Regards,
Yingjie Li
