what are the typical challenges people face while migrating Tableau reports into Power BI?

Differences in Data Models
Tableau allows more flexible, loosely structured data blending; Power BI prefers well-defined star/snowflake schemas.
Visual Differences
Some Tableau visual types do not exist in Power BI, or behave differently.
Data Source Connectivity
Tableau connections may use live extracts or certain connectors that Power BI doesn’t support natively, requiring alternative queries or data pipelines.
Start migrating one report by one :
- Start with the data model
- Rebuild calculations in DAX
- Redesign visuals thoughtfully

The main issue is typically the rebuilding of the logic of measures, calculated columns, relationships and the visuals buidling
