cards issue - new
In the latest builds the “(new) card” and “(new) slicer” visuals depend on both version and settings; if you do not see them, either Desktop is older than required or the feature toggle is off.
Check version and enable preview
Confirm you are on June 2023 or later for initial new card, and September 2025+ for the current “(new) card visual” documentation; use Help > About to verify.
Go to File > Options and settings > Options > Global > Preview features and ensure New card visual (and any New slicer preview, if present) is ticked, then restart Power BI Desktop.
If the option is missing
If New card visual does not appear at all under Preview features, your Desktop is likely out of date or you are using a restricted distribution from your organization; install the official latest Power BI Desktop from Microsoft’s download page or ask your IT to update the managed build.
After updating, reset the visual gallery via View > Reset panes > Reset panes and check that the Card icon with the lightning bolt appears in the Visualizations pane; for November 2025 GA it will just be the standard Card visual with the new behavior.

Hi Aaquibkhan786, the card visual is right there in the picture you've attached:
You can also see the old single row card visual in the row below:
Hi Aaquibkhan786, is the issue that you can't see the card + slicer visuals? If not, what exactly happens when you try to add them?
Please try the following:
1) Reset the default visuals if you can't see any of the native visuals at all
2) try and open a blank, new report, add any type of data e.g. via "Enter Data" and see if you can add the visuals this time if the problem wasn't that the visuals were missing.
