cant display visuals

 ia m unable to get any visuals , what could be the reason, i am using BI desktop

Are those visualizations or custom visuals? Please restart and install the latest version update from this download link, re-import those custom visuals to see if it is successfully.

I have the same problem, the visuals are not displayed. I tried reinstaling, it didnt work. What to do?
