cant display this visual

Hi . Just want to ask if anyone knows how to resolve "cant display this visual. to see this custom visual, add it to this report first: hierarchy slicer "

 

I have made a hierarchy slicer using the custom visual HierarchySlicer and it works fine on my side. But when I shared the file through email some would receive this kind of error.

 

What could be wrong in it?
