cannot publish

please help, i cant publish to services

webRequestCanceledException

already clear cache but still cant publish

any configure my laptop ? because i can publish on my partner laptop

    Hi nofan_munawar 

     

    You can try the following to troubleshoot the problem.

     

    • Create a new report or try it with another report to determine if the problem is only with the current report or with the publishing process.
    • Use the latest version of desktop to see if this problem occurs.
    • Ensure that your computer has a stable Internet connection.

      sry for late response,

      • Create a new report or try it with another report to determine if the problem is only with the current report or with the publishing process. -> its dataset not report, i cant try this point 😞  
      • Use the latest version of desktop to see if this problem occurs. -> already update latest version but still error
      • Ensure that your computer has a stable Internet connection. -> try to connect with lan cable but still error


        any another solution ? its weird always ask to partner to publish the dataset
