can't open pbit template
I have been stuck on the startup page since I opened .pbit template file .
My Power BI version is 2.123.742.0 64 bit
What should I do now? Thank you for your help?

We tried to reproduce the problem under the version (2.123.742.0 64-bit (November 2023)), but we were unable to reproduce it.
To troubleshoot the problem further, please provide us with more information such as connection types ,data source types and file for us to test.
Please make sure not attach sensitive data before sharing the files.

My problem has been solved. I have two vesion of PowerBI in my computer, to open a pbit file, the default application is the earlier version, but that version fail to open pbit file. When I open with the lastest version, problem solved.Best Regards,
