can't get closed case details

Everytime when querying for survey information I get this error message: 

Fields that need to be fixed
Something's wrong with one or more fields: (Closed Service Request) Title, (Closed Service Request) ServiceRequestNumber, (Closed Service Request) CustomerIdleMinutes

The way I get there is: 

1. Landing page of commercial dashboard. 

2. Right click 5star survey count

3. Select Drillthrough,survey detail report.

4.It shows a list of casees with some info

5.Right click again and select drillthrough, closed case detail repport. 

6. the error is produced. 

This didn't happen up until 2-3 weeks ago.

     You may try to check this: if it can connect to data source by PowerBI Desktop, update the Gateway to the latest version.

Hi Lin ,

So you are suggesting 1: Use the Power BI desktop; and 2: Update the Gateway. 

Which Gateway should I update and how do I do that ? (default gateway/ VPN gateway / other gatewa.. )

     After view the running log of you getdata step, there is a request not found. I sent the link by private message for you to check it.
