I have created a report in PB Desktop and publish it to Power BI Service. I was able to download the pbix file at the beginning, but encounter an error since yesterday. I didn't use incremental refresh or enable large data set. The dataset itself is only 31MB.

I figured out the reason. It's because the storage in my local disk is low. I can download the pbix file when switching to a remote machine with my user name.
