can power bi connect to sage cloud application

we are a small Power BI consultancy firm and create financial dashboards. 

uptil now we have worked only with On-premises Sage 200 database server.

recently we have a client with cloud based Sage 200 server. 

I want to know if there is any connector required for power BI to go into online database OR does it work same as it works for on-premises database. 

I have a meeting coming up so gathering all information possible. it would be much appreciated if you give your input.

As far as I know, there is no available connector for Sage 200 Online currently. You can submit your requirement on Power BI Ideas to improve Power BI on connecting to Sage 200 Online data source.
