can i move the right right panel tools in reporting to the top tool bar?

Hello, is there a way to move the right panel to the top tool bar? see below image.

To my knowledge, this is not supported at present. You can choose to collapse or expand these two panes but cannot move them to the top. You can raise an idea about this requirement at Microsoft Fabric Ideas

You can move visualizations to top ribbon by turning on the preview features. 

Go to File>>Options and Settings>>Options>>Preview Features>>Turn on the required options.

Hi,

not everything you can move or customize, but if you have latest version of Power BI desktop, you will be able to see Visuals section at top.
