measure?

power query editor?

advanced editor?

Splitter.SplitTextByDelimiter("=") ?

No, use DQ with local data model.

The result of your transforms must have the same structure.  If your column sometimes splits into two, and sometimes into three columns you will get an error message .

 

Better to use DAX if you need to act on the content inside the column.
