calculate monthly average per concept

Hello:

I am new with this tool, I hope not to be too heavy in the simplest, but...... there it goes....

I am trying to incorporate a measure (monthly average per concept).

Every month I have different amounts in each concept, and I want to group them (add them) by concept in each period (monthly)...

for more laps that I give to "average" I only achieve the average of the total of notes ...

I hope you can guide me towards a solution

    Could you please consider sharing more details about it and posting expected result so it is clear on what needs to be implemented?  And It would be great if there is a sample file without any sesentive information here.

    It makes it easier to give you a solution.

    1. Sample (dummy dataset) data as text, use the table tool in the editing bar
    2. Expected output from sample data
    3. Explanation in words of how to get from 1. to 2.
