calculate first date achieving the target

Hello all 

a have a database, and i want to calculate the first date achieving the target.

I want to calculate a measure on which the cumulative return meets or exceeds the objective.

 

i have to mesures : 'rendement" and "Ojbectif".

I calculated a measure like that : 

MaMesure = IF([Rendement_par/H]>= [Average_Potentiel], MAX('Réception1'[DATE]), BLANK())


it gives me the result, but i want the first date on which the cumulative return meets or exceeds the target.
