calculate Column in Power Bi - Microsoft Fabric

Hello Guys, I'm new to these forums. I'm trying to create a Power BI Report . The Dataset I have created was made using data inside on lakehouse in Microsoft Fabric. I need to Calculate a New Column but the Option is blocked. 

How do I go about this ?

Do we know a timeline on this? I believe Fabric went into GA today, and was hoping to see this feature.

As per documentation available at https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/enterprise/directlake-overview,

"Calculated columns and calculated tables are not yet supported."
