Hello,
Assuming I've got
Current Year rate - 8,726 %
Last Year rate - 8,391 %
How to calculate percentage change? It seems like my calculation - used ( (V2-V1)/V1 )* 100 brings inaccurate result. Maybe its a thing of formatting, maybe my approach is bad? How would you calculate that change?
Hi Amit,
8.726 - 8.391 = 0.335
8.391*1.0335 = 8.672
however 8.391 + 0.335 = 8.726
So, the raise is 0.335 (0,4) %?
Hi @Pbiuserr ,
I'm not sure I understand you correctly. Shouldn't the percentage calculation be 8.726 / 8.391 - 1 = 0.0399?
Best Regards,
Winniz
