Hi @Giada90 ,
Thank you for reaching out to us on the Microsoft Fabric Community Forum.

Scatter Chart is the best solution for this, which i have tried it on my end .Tried with the sample data of Category,KPI values. To center the circles in the scatter chart, create these measures:

X-axis:

X_Axis = 1

Y-axis:

Y_Axis = 1

Add the field mappings

X_Axis:X_Axis

Y_Axis:Y_Axis

Size: KPI Values

Details: Category

Now goto scatter chart and play the pause button ,will be able to see the size of the button changing according to the KPI vales of the Category
As the KPI value for Sales is high the size of the button is increased and the KPI value for HR is low then the size of the button is decreased.
Please go through the screenshots and pbix file for more clearence:

Yes, it's possible to have a KPI inside a circle that dynamically changes in size based on the number.

There are 2 methods

  1. Custom Visuals – Use the "Deneb" custom visual (based on Vega-Lite) to create a dynamic circle size.

  2. SVG in Tables – You can generate a circle using an SVG formula in a measure and use that inside a table.

@MamathaPatlolla thanks, could you explain me the method of svg in tables? thanks
