That would depend heavily on what kind of analysis/insight you are hoping to gain. Do you have a lot of categories, very few categories? Any chance you can post some sample data? There is not a lot to go on here.
Unfortunately can't post data due to sensitivity, however I can tell its related to Healthcare so categories like conditions and does patients have them.
So, are you looking to try to see if there is some sort of correlation between certain conditions with patients or can you give me a potential use case or mock question that you are trying to answer?
