    Sorry for the delay.

    If you want to get the latest version of Power BI Desktop monthly automatically, you could download the Power BI Desktop from Microsoft Store.

    If you download the Power BI Desktop from Web page, you need to update it manually every month.

v-piga-msft : is there any process to get the updates auto installed or monthly releases or do we need to manullay download the powerbi again?.

i have the feb 2019 version for getting march 2019 . do i need to dwnload and install the versions evry month
