blank URL returned after publishing
I am encountering an error each time I try to publish a new version of my Power BI report. This issue persists regardless of whether I am publishing to the same or a different workspace. The semantic model successfully uploads to the workspace, but the associated report fails to publish. I have already attempted several troubleshooting steps, including:
Troubleshooting Steps Attempted:
* Upgrading the Power BI Desktop application to the latest version.
* Clearing cached data within the Power BI Desktop application.
* Trying to publish the report to different workspaces to rule out workspace-specific issues.
The semantic model loads to the workspace, but the report does not.
below are images from powerbi desktop and the urls.

hi RoderickF01
are you using the GCC High build of Power BI Desktop app instead of standard one which is downloaded ffrom powerbi.com? sometimes version mismatch can cause this issue try dowloading app from https://app.powerbigov.us and then save and publish report from the app.
or you can try to upload the pbix file from powerbi service itself --> workplace>new>upload a file.
let me know if this works.
