how i can find the minimun(the first date for each item) date for each item in this tabale with dax ?

As a calculated column:
= CALCULATE ( MIN (Table[date]), ALLEXCEPT ( Table[item] ) )
as a measure it depends on other filters in place.
Adding to @mattbrice's answer, please put table first, then column in ALLEXCEPT()
Measure = CALCULATE(MIN(Table1[Date]),ALLEXCEPT(Table1,Table1[Item]))
And make sure your Item column is not summarized.
