bar label from another column

I have a visual withA&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; B&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; C1&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; app&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 2.53&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Boat &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 4.71&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Bike&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 2.1How to I show the corresponding “C” value as a label on top of chart?

I am not sure about what you used in your Y-axis but for now, i have taken your column A on Y-axis you take any other column as well.
Go to detail section in format your visual, after that add column in detail view&nbsp;

you can also select the required agg function like this&nbsp;
