bar graph columns not above of text

i have a graph

 

like:

so you can see that the columns are not on the top of the values.

When i select some categories i get this result

So there are zeros.

 

And when i get first column to see the table i based on selection:

So why do i get extra zeros. If i make the first visual as table to see if there are any 0 or the not connected data.

Set Data label position = Outside End

Inside end  or base or center can hide the problem of Zeros but it does not place columns on top of X axis values. I will try to give you sample data later

I can't reproduce your problem, if possible could you please inform me more detailed information(such as your expected output and your sample data )? Then I will help you more correctly. You could refer to my sample for details.
