bar chart that shows the sum of records per week with relationship between two tables

Hi,
I'm trying to create a bar chart that shows the sum of records per week.
The records table is a combination of several Excel tables. This table has the date on which the registration was made, there may be more than one registration per day and there may be no registration on certain days or even weeks. I can't add column to this tables.

I created an Excel table that transforms the dates in a column into week numbers in column A and year in column C. In Power BI desktop this table is related to the reference table through the date. I use the data table to make other filters.

OK,
I added the tables as requested.
I don't have any example of the expected result, it's basically a bar graph with the number of weeks on the horizontal axis and the bars are the result of the sum of records per week.
