azure blob storage - error 404

I have 4 folders within this azure blob storage container, and can access all of them but 1. 

What could be so specific about the 1 folder that would cause an error when connecting in PowerBI?

 

DataSource.Error: AzureBlobs failed to get contents from 'https://CONTAINERNAME.blob.core.windows.net/FOLDERNAME/'. Status code: 404, description: 'The specified resource does not exist.'.

    Hi steph_io,

     

    From this thread, such an error is caused by authentication failure. Please check whether this folder is existing in Azure blob storage. Also check whether your account is still have access permission to this folder.
