average calculation drill through

i am using below average calculation which shows daily average cases, if i drill through from bar chart from Summary page, then below calculation shows incorrect results. Keep all filters option is on. i want to make it dynamic based on slicers on summary page such as date and other dimensions

 

Average New Cases  =
VAR a=
CALCULATE(
    SUM(CASE_FACT[is_flag]),
CASE_FACT[State]="New",ACCOUNT[Acc_Type]="Customer")
 
VAR b=
DISTINCTCOUNT(DIM_DATE[Date])
RETURN
DIVIDE(a,b)

Hi @powerbiexpert22 ,

Drill through works by passing the dimensions from the Parent visual to the drill through page. 

In your case, although you are displaying the measure b in your bar chart, when you drill through, it is going to pass all the other dimensions that are part of the visual.

 

For example, if your x axis is state and y axis is b, only state gets passed to the drill through page when you drill through. Try having all the dimensions that you want to pass to the drill through page in the summary page bar chart.
