Hi @powerbiexpert22

Thank you.
Hi @powerbiexpert22 ,
Based on the Previous thread shared by @Tahreem24 , I could find a valuable point
"The issue why this is not working is that if a semantic model is within a folder in a workspace, then it does not work. If the semantic model is on the "root" of the workspace, meaning in no folder, it actually works."
So please check if the semantic model for which you’re trying to create an auto-generated report is located inside a folder.
A quick workaround would be to move the report outside the folder and then try generating the report again.
I hope this information helps. Please do let us know if you have any further queries.
Thank you
Ellipsis menu bug: Clicking “Auto-create report” from the three-dot menu often misroutes to manual report creation.
Better method: Click the semantic model name → “Explore this data” → “Auto-create report” — this path works reliably.
Why: The second method uses the newer Explore engine; the ellipsis menu may lag or misfire.
@powerbiexpert22 Aahh this is reported before by different user. Well, try to clear the browser cache and may be use different browser for a try.
@powerbiexpert22 Found the similar forum thread. Hope so it may help you
