assign workspace deployment pipeline

i have admin access on dev workspace and member access on test workspace however i am still getting unable to assign test workspace to test stage due to below error in deployment pipeline

Hi @powerbiexpert22 - Check the deployment pipeline in the Power BI service and ensure the test workspace is not already assigned to another pipeline or stage.Try reassigning the workspace to the test stage.

• Go to the deployment pipeline.
• Click on the stage you want to assign the workspace to.
• Select the workspace from the list and assign it.

1.hello @powerbiexpert22 , brefore using the pipeline, it has some prereqiisites:

• You're a Power BI Pro user, and you belong to an organization that has Premium capacity.
• Premium Per User (PPU).
• You're an admin of a new workspace experience

2.You need to make sure that you must have both pipeline access and workspace member permissions to deploy content. You can review to the following link.
