arcgis theme

I am testing arcgis map and I'd like to use the clustering theme. Whenever I set the map in a report to the clustering theme, it will always back to the location only theme minutes later. does it work as designed?

    Hi os_ca,

     

    I didn't encounter this problem on my side. The clustering theme worked fine on desktop. What is your desktop version? If possible, please update your desktop to latest release and re-create the arcgis map for a test.

      When you filter out most and leave few points and again and again, few times later, the clustering theme is set back to Location Only theme. Then if all points are included again in filters, it won't show clustering theme any more.
